Trigonometry in degrees or radians, logarithms, powers, roots and factorials. With history and keyboard support.
Type the whole expression and the calculator follows the order of operations: brackets first, then powers, then multiplication and division, and finally addition and subtraction.
Trig functions use degrees or radians depending on the Deg/Rad switch. 2nd gives the inverses (arcsine, arccosine and arctangent). Ans brings back the last result.
With the xʸ key or the ^ sign on your keyboard: 2^10 gives 1,024. There’s also an x² key.
log is the base-10 logarithm (log 1000 = 3) and ln is the natural logarithm, base e (ln e = 1).
Because in radians 180 means 180 radians, not 180 degrees. Switch to Deg, or type sin(π) in radians.
