The calculators run in your browser: the data you type is not sent to any server or stored in any database. There is no sign-up, no accounts and no forms.
Even so, like any website, your browser talks to a few servers when you visit. This page explains which ones, why, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data is processed and why
Your calculation data stays on your device. If you share a result, the data travels in the link and only whoever opens it can see it. PDF and Excel reports are also generated in your browser.
Technical connection data: like any website, the calcular.eu server receives your IP address, the page requested, the date and time and your browser type. It is used to deliver the page and keep the service secure (detecting attacks and abuse). Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider keeps it in its logs only for as long as needed for that purpose.
Currency converter and rent increase calculator: your browser asks our server for exchange rates or Spain’s CPI and IRAV, which it gets from the European Central Bank or the INE. To prevent abuse, requests from each IP are counted for one minute (the IP itself is not stored, only a hash of it, and the counter expires on its own). Legal basis: legitimate interest.
If you email us: your address and whatever you tell us, in order to reply. Legal basis: your consent when writing to us. It is kept for the duration of the conversation and then for as long as needed to deal with any possible liability.
No profiles are built, no automated decisions are made, and no data is sold or passed on to anyone.
Third-party services
BanaHosting (banahosting.com): hosts the website and acts as processor of the technical connection data.
cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): serves the website icons and, only when you use them, the libraries for PDF and Excel export and for the QR code. When downloading them, Cloudflare receives your IP. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which guarantees an adequate level of protection.
Social networks and messaging apps: the share buttons do not load anything from those services; they only take you there if you tap them, and from then on their privacy policy applies.
Fonts are served from our own server, not through Google Fonts. The website uses no analytics or advertising tools. If any are added, they will only be enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner, and they will be listed here.
Cookies and local storage
The website stores a few preferences in your browser (language, theme, recent calculators…). They are all listed in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, or object to its processing, by writing to web.rut164@passinbox.com. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If the way data is processed changes, this page and its date will be updated.
