Business and marketing ROAS and advertising ROI calculator See what each unit of ad spend brings back and the minimum ROAS to avoid losing money.
How it works ROAS divides a campaign’s revenue by what it cost: a ROAS of 4 means 4 in sales for every 1 spent. But sales aren’t profit: with a 30% margin you need a ROAS of at least 3.33 just to cover the ads.
ROAS = revenue / spend
ROI = (revenue × margin − spend) / spend
Break-even ROAS = 1 / margin Frequently asked questions What is a good ROAS? One comfortably above your break-even ROAS. Low margins need high ROAS; with high margins a ROAS of 2 can be very profitable.
